| Fluxy DESCRIPTION: This effect is meant for mono signal input only!! The goal of this effect is to give a mono sound some width and ambiance. (if the source is stereo, switch it to mono using the Xpan effect, available from BlueShare) This effect needs some extra impulses to work correctly. As it is, at the moment, impossible to append extra files to effects or instruments and upload these as a package to BlueShare, you have to download them seperately: https://github.com/tjingboem/impulses. Preset1, preset2 and preset3. Download, unzip and change the path in the Fluxy code so that Fluxy will find those files. Normal usage: 1 or more Mixerstrips, each producing a mono output, must get copies of the same Fluxy effect with the same ambiance but with different pan settings on each effect. Result: several mono signals appear to be playing together in the same room, instead of staying alone in their respective corners. CONTROLLERS: ON/OFF - bypass Impulse - 3 presets and 1 impulse of choice. (The 3 preset impulses are included) paritionSize - tweak for balance in speed and CPU load treble - boosts the treble. Compensates for sounds that are positioned in the rear. position mono signal - left/right panning and front/rear positioning --- version 1.1, January 2022 - changed panorama and distance sliders to XY position version 1.02, July 2020 - added BSB information comments version 1.01, May 2020 - added comments on controllers version 1.0, June 2019 - initial version by Menno Knevel | Spatial | @menno0 | Effect | Jan 4, 2023 | .beffect |

| Tremoloes DESCRIPTION: Tremoloes is a simple changer of the amplitudes of the incoming signals in a repetitive way. Nonetheless, many interesting constructions can be made by adding this effect to 2 or 3 instruments, and setting them up so, that they become cool structures- reminding of grain synthesis. Imagine, one instrument comes up, the second one fades out, and all that in a rhythmic pattern.... CONTROLLERS: see the help balloon when hovering over the controllers in the instrument. Help can be turned off by pressing the 'I' button next to the play bar. --- version 1, December 2020 - initial version by Menno Knevel (based on Ring-modulate from Peiman Khosravi) | Modulators | @menno0 | Effect | Dec 23, 2020 | .beffect |
| MASTERguard DESCRIPTION: The MASTEReffect is meant to be put on the Master output of the mixer. It keeps an eye on volume, removes DC and lowpasses the mix in order to prevent aliasing. It is a safeguard. Of course, they can all be switched on and off, but i keep them all on as long as i am in the composition fase; once the final mix is done, i check if there is any DC or too high frequencies or too loud volume. --- version 1.0, December 2020 - Initial release | Other | @menno0 | Effect | Dec 7, 2020 | .beffect |

| PucketteStereo DESCRIPTION: This is a stereoizer method from Miller Puckette. In all its simplicity, the result is that frequency bands will be panned left and right alternately. The size of the frequency bands are determined by the delay time like this: 1000/Bw = Dt. E.g. a delay time of 5 ms gives alternating frequency bands every 200 Hz. It is also mono compatible, if you collapse the stereo track to mono, the effect will cancel itself out. CONTROLLERS: ON/OFF - bypass delay - delay the signal a few ms amount - mix direct signal and delayed signal --- version 1.02, July 2020 - added BSB information comments version 1.01, May 2020 - added comments on controllers version 1.0, May 2020 - initial version by Menno Knevel (Original code idea from Miller Puckette) | Spatial | @menno0 | Effect | Jul 25, 2020 | .beffect |

| BrickLimit DESCRIPTION: BrickLimit is a simple 'brick-wall' limiter, developped in Cabbage by Iain McCurdy (2016). A small delay is used; this acts as a look-ahead feature. This is an implementation as a blue effect, and some values are slightly adapted for use within blue. CONTROLLERS: ON/OFF - bypass Threshold - dB threshold below above which signals will be aggressively limited Smoothing - response of the amplitude follower. Higher values result in a slower, but possibly smoother, response Delay - delay applied to the input sound before it is limited (the tracked signal is always undelayed) This can be useful for compensating for a limiter than is not responding fast enough to sudden dynamic transients Gain - Make up gain. Useful for compensating for gain loss. --- version 1.02, July 2020 - added BSB information comments version 1.01, May 2020 - added comments on controllers version 1.0, April 2020 - initial version by Menno Knevel. (Combined with the dry signal,) it produces a resonant body to the sound. CONTROLLERS: ON/OFF - bypass gain - gain for input signal Q - Quality of filter frequency - resonant frequency of the filter dry - direct signal wet - wet (effect) signal --- version 1.11, May 2020 - added comments on controllers version 1.1, february 2019 - set mode ringing in stereo panning version 1, december 2017 - initial version by Menno Knevel - 5 springs to 'color' the incoming sound - wet/dry mixing - comparison switch to quickly check the effect against the direct signal | Other | @menno0 | Effect | May 17, 2020 | .beffect |
| CrossX DESCRIPTION: CrossX is a somewhat strange Blue effect, as all Blue effects have 2 signal inputs and 2 signal outputs. CrossX does have this of course, but if you want to divide an incoming signal into 3 frequencybands, one should have 2 inputs and 6 outputs (= 2 x 3). This is not how the Blue mixer is set up. A workaround is to divide the incoming signal into 3 Subchannels, each with its own CrossX effect. One Subchannel for the Lowpass, one for the Mid, one for the Highpass. Disadvantage is that when you want to change the frequencybands of one of the Crossx effects, you should copy this behaviour so all they all match... The CrossX divides the signal in 3 band spectra: low, mid, high. In the pre-fade of a Blue mixer strip, add 3 sends to 3 different Subchannels. In each Subchannel, put the CrossX and set the checkbox to active for the LOWpass, BANDpass and HIGHpass. The Y axis represnts the amplitude of each band, and the X axis of the 2 windows LOW and HIGH determine the LOWpass frequency cutoff and HIGHpass frequency cutoff. On each of the Subchannel (= spectrumband) it is now possible to add effects or adjust the volume. You can mix the 3 outputs of the Subchannels and its effects together again , for example in a 4th Subchannel, to create different sound textures from one sound source. CONTROLLERS: ON/OFF - bypass LOW/HIGH/BANDpass - frequency band of filter(s) filterdepth - set steep slope of filter(s) XY controllers - set frequency and gain --- version 1.21, May 2020 - added comments on controllers version 1.2, 2019 - XY controller improvements version 1.1, februari 2018 - added filter depth - used modified buttpass UDO from Victor Lazarinni version 1.0 , January 2018 - initial version by Menno Knevel - 3 band spectrum divider - checkbox on/off | Other | @menno0 | Effect | May 17, 2020 | .beffect |

| SnipLooper v1.1 Author: Atte André Jensen (atte.dk), 2008 Loops part of audio stream on demand. Should be used with automation. If the value of "Beat Fraction" is 0, nothing is looped. If set to anything else, that fraction is repeated. Example. Assuming the following automation graph for "Beat Fraction" | | | |----| <- Beat Fraction = .25 Beat Fraction = 0 ->|----|----|----| | This will play the stream unmodified for 3 beats. Then on beat 4 the first 1/16 (since a 1/16 is 25% the length of a beat (1/4)) of that beat is repeated four times untill beat 5 Changelog: 1.1 * Runs at krate 1.0 * Initial release | Time Effects | @atte | Effect | Feb 29, 2008 | .beffect |

| Chorus v1.0 Author(s): * Based on code by Perry Cook * Additional lines + stereo capability by Atte André Jensen * Originally adapted to BSB by Steve Yi from code posted by Atte Andre Jensen to the Csound Mailing List on May 1, 2006 * Depth, min/max frequency widgets added by Atte André Jensen The chorus consists of 2x6 delay lines, with random LFO frequency between min/max lfo frequency. Note: The input is mixed to a mono signal before fed into the chorus. This means that although the output is stereo, any stereo information (such as panning) in the input signal is lost in the chorused signal. | Chorus | @atte | Effect | Jan 2, 2008 | .beffect |
